Owner builders

• Cover is provided for incidents arising out of the works resulting from negligence on the part of you that causes damage to third party property or third party personal injury.
• Cover is NOT extended to include sub-contractors. You should ensure that every sub-contractor and trade provides written evidence that they have current public liability insurance.
• Public liability for owner builders through HIA Insurance Services can only be obtained in conjunction with contract works cover. Download a combined application.
