Tools and equipment are an important income earning asset of your business. If you have a contract works policy with HIA Insurance Services, on site cover is provided to a limit of $20,000. However you may wish to insure your assets, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whilst in your vehicle or at home.

• The cover is for full replacement, anywhere in Australia, subject to a locked vehicle, and/or fixed toolbox/shackled trailer warranty. This can include unregistered trailers and mobile plant.

Sub-contractors and trades

Your tools and equipment are important in conducting your business or trade and you can insure against theft, loss or damage of your tools and equipment, 24 hours a day.

• The cover is for full replacement, anywhere in Australia, subject to a locked vehicle, and/or fixed toolbox/shackled trailer warranty. This can include unregistered trailers and mobile plant.

Mobile plant and equipment

Mobile plant depending on its type, use and value may be better insured under a policy specifically designed for such plant to ensure the cover matches the risk or potential for loss.
